Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received a defective product.

• You received an incorrect item.

To report any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

Return Process

If your return request is approved, the product must be returned within 10 days of approval in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.
The return address will be shared with you once return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind.

• Color variations due to screen/display settings.

• Minor variations in print, shade, or texture that are common in textile products.

• Products that have been cut, washed, stitched, used, or altered.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If a replacement is available and preferred, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
